Terms & Conditions

Shopping in our online shop is fast, easy and safe.

Ordered products can be paid on delivery or by pro forma invoice.  They will be delivered to you in seven working days at latest after receiving your order. 

You can receive more info about our products as well as some useful advice for wellbeing of your puppies on our website. You can call us or write to us.

Delivery 

If you order the products in our online shop you will receive them in 5 to 7 working days directly to your address. We send our products to every part of Slovenia.  

Delivery costs

When making a purchase of  DINO® Premium products in our webshop https://www.moj-dino.si, or other products in our webshop https://www.lek-veterina.si/ the delivery costs are calculated according to the price list of the Post Office of Slovenia.

The confidentiality of personal data

The customers’ data collected at the website of Lek Veterina are carefully stored and protected. We ensure you that the collected data will be used exclusively for the purpose of purchase and to improve the website’s operation. The data will not be under any circumstances forwarded or given to third parties.  

All your personal data disclosed when registering into Lek Veterina’s onine shop will be protected under the Protection of Personal Data Act ( OJ RS No. 59/1999,57/2001,059/2001). 

Prices 

All prices are in Euros and include VAT. The listed prices apply only to purchases made in the Lek Veterina online shop and can be different from prices in other shops. We hold the right to change prices on daily basis, unless stated otherwise (in the event of sales or special discounts). The prices apply as such when they are confirmed by the customer when purchasing  the products in the online shop. Some of the photos are of symbolic nature.  

Payment 

Products bought in the Lek Veterina online shop can be paid: 

• On delivery (paid in cash on delivery)
• By Pro forma invoice - Bank Transfer
• Using Pay Pal

If you choose to pay for the products via Pro Forma invoice, you will receive one to your e-mail. The products will be delivered to you in seven days at latest, after the payment of the pro forma invoice.  

Change of order, cancellation and complaints 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible at Product Returns or contact us at info@lek-veterina.si..

Cancellation of the order also includes returned products. If you have received the products, you can return them in 15 days. Time period of fifteen days begins the next day after receiving the products.   

If the customer returns the products, the payment will be returned immediately or in 14 days at latest. The shipping costs are payable by the sender. 

The products have to be returned flawless and in original packaging, in the same amount as delivered unless the customer isn’t  responsible for the damage of the products or different amount. For further information and for help at shopping contact us at info@lek-veterina.si.

Complaints

Notify us of your complaints in 15 days at latest after the delivery at Product Returns, at the telephone number  02 54 13 400, or at e-mail address info@lek-veterina.si  or write a letter to  Lek Veterina, Lipovci 251a, 9231 Beltinci.

We will try and resolve any issues as soon as possible. 

Complaints regarding the amounts of products will be resolved in seven working days at latest after they have been returned to us. 

Complaints regarding the quality or packaging will be resolved in 30 days at latest, after they have been returned to us. 

Products which have expired are not under our liability.
